My Lincoln's transmission started slipping, so I took it to this shop because it has a lot of good customer review on the web.
As everyone says, Mike at the office is very professional and knowledgeable, and explains to you the process and estimated cost upfront in clear and easy to understand way.
Because my transmission had an internal mechanical problem, I ended up paying higher end of the estimate.
But judging from their professional attitude, I'm certain that I received a good reliable repair work in return and I'm very satisfied with it.
